2018年，中申率先洞察连锁品牌出海趋势，布局连锁出海法律服务，攻克美国、加拿大、日本、韩国、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、 印度尼西亚、越南、澳大利亚 、欧盟、英国、沙特、阿联酋、俄罗斯等60+国家的特许经营与开店合规规则，并持续拓展。

2025年，承袭中申行业积淀，中申连锁外服应运成立，专注连锁品牌出海法务合规。

为客户提供“全球知识产权布局、国际投资法务支持、国际特许模式咨询、国际特许经营合规代理、国际特许合同搭建”等服务。目前，正在为数十家知名连锁品牌提供出海法律支持。

In 2007, Shanghai ZhongShen Law Firm was founded and has continued to deepen its chain franchise law practice for over two decades.

In 2025, building on ZhongShen Law Firm’s industry legacy, ZhongShen Global Legal Service was formally established to focus exclusively on overseas legal compliance for chain brands. With high professional barriers and battle-tested solutions, it safeguards brands for steady and enduring success.

It offers a comprehensive range of services, including global intellectual property strategy, legal support for international investment, international franchise model consulting, international franchise compliance agency, and international franchise contract drafting.

Currently, it is providing overseas legal support to dozens of well‑known chain brands.
