盘星新型合金材料（常州）有限公司（简称盘星新金属）成立于2018年11月30日，是盘固集团的重要成员，目前成员47人，其中技术人员24人。 盘固集团是多元化发展的集团公司，成立于1984年，年营收超35亿元。2012年起投资新金属材料行业，并建设了新材料产业园，研发累计投入超过1亿元。2016年，盘固集团与南京理工大学合作，共同开发合作非晶合金材料和3D打印材料；2017年完成材料工艺研发，主体设备设计、制造和工厂建设；2018年完成了生产设备调试，生产工艺开发和实验室的建设；2018年11月注册成立盘星新型合金材料（常州）有限公司；2019年7月，提供稳定的非晶合金及钛合金粉末产品，并提供开放的材料开发平台。Peshing New Metal (Changzhou) Co., Ltd.
