自1990年起，从事航空器适航审定，擅长航空器飞行性能和飞行品质评审。

    完成的主要项目：

    AC311、AC311A、AC313型直升机的型号合格审定，担任审查组组长；

    ARJ21-700型飞机型号合格审定，担任审查组副组长；

    ARJ21-700型飞机生产许可审定，担任审查组组长。

   Since 1990 ，Mr. Qian has been occupied in aircraft type certification and production certification,espicially is adept at review of flight performance & quality.He participated in the following projects:

   As team leader, the type certification of the helicopters AC311,AC311A and AC313 ;

   As deputy team leader, type certification of ARJ21-700;

   As team leader, production certification of ARJ21-700.
