高思翔现任波音民用航空市场销售中国区副总裁，他也是波音全球民用航空市场销售领导团队成员。他常驻北京，负责领导在中国的波音民用飞机和服务销售业务。

此前，高思翔曾担任中民投航空租赁公司总裁兼首席执行官，带领一支国际化的团队开发建立了遍布全球的飞机资产组合。此前，他于2007年加入筹备期的交银金融租赁有限责任公司，帮助交银租赁建立起价值逾100亿美元的优质飞机资产组合，与全球超过100家航空公司、租赁公司、金融机构、制造商和维修企业开展广泛合作。高思翔的职业生涯开启于微软合资公司微创的高级工程师岗位。

出生于中国西安的高思翔拥有复旦大学的电子工程学士学位和澳大利亚墨尔本大学的金融硕士学位。

Peter Gao is vice president of Commercial Sales and Marketing for Boeing China and a member of the Commercial Sales and Marketing Leadership Team. He is based at Boeing China’s headquarters office in Beijing, and is responsible for Boeing’s commercial airplane and services sales in China.

Previously, Gao served as president and CEO of China Minsheng Investment Group (CMIG) Aviation, where he led a global team that developed a $2.5 billion airplane portfolio. Prior to CMIG, Gao was a founding member of Bank of Communications Financial (BoComm Leasing). There, he helped build the company into the second largest lessor in China with a portfolio of 400 planes valued at $20 billion, and cultivated a global customer base of more than 100 airlines, lessors, manufacturers, and MROs. Gao began his career as a senior engineer with Wicresoft, a Microsoft joint venture.

A native Xi’an, China, Gao received his Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from Fudan University in Shanghai, China and his Master’s degree in finance from the University of Melbourne in Melbourne, Australia.
