► ►在加入安永以前，汪杨女士任职于全球人力资源咨询公司——罗盛咨询，任领导力与继任咨询业务的执行董事，主要负责企业的领导力咨询与人才评估项目。此前，汪杨任美世咨询的中国区合伙人。在此期间，除成功完成若干标杆性客户服务项目以外，还负责人才测评与发展解决方案的市场营销活动，并为专业服务团队提供指导培训。早期，汪杨曾于人才管理公司担任高级顾问。她的职业生涯始于联合技术公司和PayPal，从事领导力发展工作。

►Helene has a demonstrated history of working in human resources industries and is skilled in areas such as psychometrics, psychological assessment, leadership development and coaching, organization design and effectiveness, instructional design and executive assessment feedback and development.

►Helene brings more than a decade of experience to clients in human capital consulting.  She joined EY from Russell Reynolds Associates, one of the world’s prestigious HR consulting firms, where she was an Executive Director in its Talent Consulting Business.

►During her career, she has also worked as Partner of Mercer and held consulting roles at several talent management firms.

►She began her career at United Technologies Corporation and PayPal.
