李文修(Lee Woon Shiu)先生是新加坡银行董事总经理与财富规划信托和保险部总监。李总是新加坡与英国的注册律师,也是国际财富规划协会 的持牌规划师。李总同时也被新加坡南洋理工大学财富管理学院委任为客座教授,定期为大中华区的客户经理团队进行财富规划培训。作为资深的财富管理专家,李总拥有超过20年的法律、税务与财富规划经验,曾在中国、香港和新加坡等地方工作,处理过大量关于家族信托的实际案例;同时,李总也定期接受大中华区媒体采访,如香港南华早报、明报和星岛日报,以及中国新浪新闻和中国日报等。
Lee Woon Shiu is Managing Director, Head of Wealth Planning, Trust & Insurance at Bank of Singapore Limited. He is also concurrently holding the appointment of Adjunct Professor at the Nanyang Technological University’s Wealth Management Institute. He is responsible for all marketing, client development and professional training aspects of trust and estate planning services across the Bank’s global network, with particular emphasis on China, Taiwan, Hong Kong & North Asia.
He has advised numerous ultra high net-worth families in Asia in planning and structuring of multi-jurisdictional trust structures, and in providing guidance to such families on the family governance, business succession and philanthropic strategies particularly in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore & Thailand.
Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) 2nd Upper Division from the National University of Singapore, and was placed on the Dean’s List and awarded the Law Society of Singapore Book Prize. He is a Solictor of England & Wales, an Advocate & Solictor of Singapore, and has been an accredited member of the Society of Trust & Estate Planners for close to two decades. Lee is also a frequent commentator on issues relating to legacy planning, family governance and philanthropy with leading media such as Financial Times, Barrons Asia, Euromoney, Dow Jones, Business Times, South China Morning Post, Ming Pao, China Daily and STEP Journal.
