许先生在香港出生长大，除了在威尔士联合世界学院的两年、及在波士顿哈佛学院和哈佛商学院的五年，他大部分时间都在香港这国际金融中心工作和生活。在海外期间他完成了顶尖的学术训练和全球领导力培训课程。毕业后许先生在摩根士丹利(香港)投资银行部门担任分析师，为技术行业的亚太区客户提供企业财务咨询服务。后来他进入公司管理部门并晋升为副经理，协助当时的摩根士丹利亚洲董事长兼首席执行官文礼信（Alasdair Morrison）先生。许先生在哈佛商学院获得工商管理硕士学位后，加入了瑞银的股票衍生产品部，负责向香港和泰国的私人银行提供专案设计和出售股权衍生产品，并晋升为副总监。许先生随后加入香港交易及结算所有限公司（HKEx; 0388.HK）任职助理副总裁及担任当时行政总裁周文耀先生的个人助理，并于两年后同时协助公司策略部门制定港交所未来三年策略计划。他后来加入世铭集团（直接投资，基金管理和咨询），并晋升为董事。随后，他加入新世界发展有限公司（NWD; 0017.HK）担任公司战略部总监，负责新世界及其附属公司的战略与业务发展。之后他回到了摩根士丹利担任执行董事，为私人财富管理部门的家族办公室客户提供投资银行和/或全球资本市场服务。许先生在2017年5月份加入诺亚控股，担任全球家族办公室主管，负责建立和领导服务超高净值客户（家庭净资产超过5亿美元）的全球业务。许先生于2014-2017年期间曾担任香港哈佛校友会主席/联席主席；亦于2013-2016年期间曾担任香港联合青年协会常务会董。目前正担任世界联合学院国际理事会委员（国际发展）。许先生的故事被编入了2016年发行的“Those Who Inspire: Hong Kong”一书（http://www.thosewhoinspire.co/book-collection/）。

Albert was born and raised in Hong Kong and has spent most of his life in this international financial hub, except for two years in Wales (United World College of the Atlantic) and five years in Boston (Harvard College and Harvard Business School), where he completed intensive academic and global leadership training programs.He began his career as an Analyst in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, providing corporate finance advices to regional clients in the technology industry.  He was later transferred to Firm Management to assist the then Morgan Stanley Asia’s Chairman & CEO, Mr. Alasdair Morrison, and was promoted to Associate. After earning an MBA from HBS, he joined the Equity Risk Management Product Group of UBS to structure and sell equity derivatives products to private banks in Hong Kong and Thailand, and was promoted to become an Associate Director.Albert then joined the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx; 0388.HK) as an Assistant Vice President and the personal assistant to the then Chief Executive, Mr. Paul Chow, and after two years, he was given additional responsibilities in helping its Corporate Strategy Department to assist in the formulation of HKEx’s three-year Strategic Plan. He later joined Simon Murray & Company (Direct Investment, Fund Management and Advisory) and was promoted to become a Director. He then joined New World Development Company Limited (NWD; 0017.HK) as the Director of Corporate Strategy, responsible for strategy & business development for NWD and its affiliates. He subsequently rejoined Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director to serve Private Wealth Management family office clients who have Investment Banking and/or Global Capital Markets needs. He joined Noah Holdings as its Head of Global Family Office in May 2017 to build and lead a team in serving ultra-high net worth individuals (with family net worth of more than USD500 million) globally.Albert served as the President/Co-President of the Harvard Club of Hong Kong in 2014-2017, and the Director of the Hong Kong United Youth Association in 2013-2016.
