孙凤琴，安徽尚飞航空科技有限公司总工程师，正高级工程师，中航工业特级专家。拥有37年有人/无人飞机设计、制造、试飞及适航取证经验，曾任运五B、小鹰500、鸿雁等机型总设计师。曾带领团队快速完成国内外首个大型固定翼无人机型号研发、适航取证和市场运营体系构建，目前在尚飞带领团队完成4款载物纯电多旋翼无人机系统研发和验证，其中两款已获得局方型号合格证申请受理，在航空产品体系构建和型号适航取证方面拥有丰富的完整型号经验。主持多项工信部民机科研项目，担任民航局大型无人机适航标准编制与审查专家，兼任多所航空院校校外硕士导师。多次荣获省部级及军队科技大奖。

Sun Fengqin – Chief Engineer of Anhui Shangfei Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., Professorate Senior Engineer, and Special-Class Expert of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). With 37 years of experience in the design, manufacturing, flight testing, and airworthiness certification of manned and unmanned aircraft, she has served as Chief Designer for multiple aircraft types, including the Yun-5B, Xiaoying-500, and Hongyan. She led her team to rapidly accomplish the development, airworthiness certification, and market-operation system establishment for China’s first large fixed-wing UAV model. Currently at Shangfei, she is directing her team through the R&D and validation of four pure-electric, cargo-oriented multi-rotor UAV systems, two of which have already received formal acceptance of their type certification applications from the civil aviation authority. She possesses extensive, full-lifecycle experience in aviation product system development and type certification. She has presided over multiple civil aircraft research projects funded by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, serves as an expert in the drafting and review of large-UAV airworthiness standards for the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), and concurrently holds adjunct master’s supervisorships at several aviation universities. She has received multiple provincial, ministerial, and military science and technology awards.
