杜德平，男，1969年8月生，山东高密人，汉族，中共党员，研究生学历，高级工程师，执业药师。1987年9月至1991年7月在中国海洋大学学习，1991年7月在山东新华制药股份有限公司参加工作，历任车间产品技术员、技术处主管工程师、车间副主任、车间主任。2008年5至2008年12月，任山东新华制药股份有限公司总经理助理，2008年12月至2010年8月任副总经理，2010年8月至今任总经理。是山东省药学会专业委员会委员、淄博市企业联合会、企业家协会副主席，先后荣获淄博市第六届青年科技奖、振兴淄博五一劳动奖章、淄博市科学技术奖二等奖、2020影响淄博年度创新人物、山东省科学技术奖二等奖、山东省技术市场科技金桥奖、中国石油和化学联合会科技进步奖二等奖等荣誉。
