上海交通大学获得化学工程硕士，华东理工大学机械工程专业博士。

2005到2019年，就职于拜耳公司，任职高级技术开发工程师和项目经理。主要负责连续化工艺技术包开发、工厂去瓶颈、提供技术解决方案、拜耳医药和农作物领域相关研发项目管理。

2019年至2020年，担任东湖高科有限公司研发部门总监，负责公司新产品开发、工厂去瓶颈和工艺优化。

Dr. Min Fu received her MS in chemical engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University, and PhD of mechanical engineering in East China University of Science and Technology.

From 2005 to 2019 she worked in Bayer as senior technology development engineer and project manager. She was responsible for technology package development based on continuous process, de-bottlenecking, technology solution, R&D project management of pharmaceutical and crop-products.

From 2019 to 2020 she headed the R&D center in Eastlake Hightech. Co., Ltd. She was responsible for new product development in agrochemical field, de-bottlenecking and process optimization.
