金炜，研究员级高级工程师。1984年毕业于南昌航空工业学院（现南昌航空大学）电子仪器及测试技术专业。现任中国航发上海商用航空发动机制造有限责任公司理化计量中心主任工程师，长期从事航空发动机计量检测技术研究、实验室合格评定认证以及计量技术管理工作。

先后主持开展国防科工局计量科研课题“航空发动机试车台温度传感器及温度测控系统在线校准技术”等项目研究工作；参与工信部民机科研课题“民用航空发动机台架推力测量校准技术研究”等项目研究工作。曾获中国航空工业第二集团公司科技奖。先后发表《专用测试系统校准技术研究》等论文10余篇。

现任中国合格评定国家认可委员会技术评审员、CMA国家级评审员、中国航空学会计量技术分会委员、国家航空专用计量测试技术委员会委员、国家产业计量测试中心评审组成员等。

Jin Wei is a senior researcher. Graduated from Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Technology (now Nanchang Hangkong University) in 1984, majoring in electronic instrument and test technology. Currently, he is the chief engineer of physical and chemical Measurement Center of AECC Shanghai Commercial Aero-Engine Manufacturing Co., LTD., and has been engaged in aero-engine measurement and testing technology research, laboratory qualification assessment and certification, and measurement technology management for a long time.

Successively presided over and carried out the metrology scientific research project of The State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, 'Online Calibration Technology of Temperature Sensor and Temperature Measurement and Control System of Aeroengine Test Bench'. Participated in the civil aircraft research project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology 'Research on thrust Measurement and Calibration Technology of Civil Aero Engine bench' and other projects. He has won the Science and technology Award of Aviation Industry Corporation of China ii. He has published more than 10 papers such as 'Research on Calibration Technology of Special Test System'.

Currently, he is a technical reviewer of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, a national CMA reviewer, a member of metrology Technology Branch of China Aviation Society, a member of National Aviation Metrology And Testing Technology Committee, and a member of the evaluation group of National Industrial Metrology and Testing Center.
