小i机器人高级副总裁、小i智慧学堂执行校长

许弋亚女士，10年人工智能行业从业经验，20多年IT相关行业从业经验，其中大部分经验在企业级软件及解决方案领域。曾担任微软中国以及苹果中国公司中、高层管理职位，目前任职小i机器人（上海智臻智能网络科技股份有限公司）高级副总裁、小i智慧学堂执行校长，有丰富的从业经验及中外企业的管理经验。

自2010年加入小i机器人，许弋亚女士带领销售团队，拓展企业级客户市场，先后为中国移动数十家省公司，中国电信多家省公司，中国联通总公司，交通银行总行，建设银行总行，招商银行总行及信用卡中心，平安集团等著名企业，提供基于微信、网站、短信、WAP等多电子渠道的智能客服机器人解决方案，升级传统呼叫中心为全渠道，多媒体的智能化联络中心，使得广大用户可随时随地享受小i智能机器人的服务。

目前，许弋亚作为公司高级副总裁，负责公司生态发展中心的业务管理、品牌运营中心及公司运营管理。

Yiya Xu: Senior VP of Xiao-i, executive principal of Xiao-i AI Learning Platform (Shanghai Xiaoi Robot Technology Co., LTD)

Mrs. Xu has over 10 years of AI industry experience, 20 years of IT industry experience, most of which focuses on enterprise software and solutions. Used to be employed in Microsoft and Apple, Mrs. Xu is employed by Xiao-i as a senior VP and executive principal of Xiao-i AI Learning Platform. She has rich industry and management experience in both domestic and international companies. 

Since joining Xiao-i in 2010, Mrs. Xu had led the sales team to explore enterprise market and had provided smart customer service robot solutions for China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, China Merchants Bank Credit Card Center, Ping An Group and other famous enterprises, helping to upgrade a traditional call center to a multimedia and omnichannel intelligent contact center, allowing billions of users to get access to Xiao-i’s intelligent services. 

Now acting as Xiao-i’s SVP, Mrs. Xu is in charge of partner ecosystem development center, she is responsible for the construction and development of partnership and AI talent system.
