鲍大伦先生早年就读于美国俄亥俄州立大学。曾在美国PayPal、eBay， Aerohive Networks、唯品会、和云移科技等公司担任重要的技术管理岗。作为一名来自硅谷的电商“元老”，是一位资深的互联网技术践行者和领导者，拥有20多年电子商务，电子支付，计算机网络，云计算，大数据等领域的工作经验，擅长科技领域的战略布局和企业技术架构的顶层设计，助力多家企业成功地实现了技术平台的升级和数字化转型。

Dalun Bao, currently working at Ping An Health Insurance Co., Ltd. as CTO, leading the effort of digital transformation of traditional insurance business and promoting the merrier experience of customer journey from offline to online and vice versa.

As an e-commerce 'veteran' from Silicon Valley, he is a senior technology leader and hands on practitioner. He has more than 20 years of experience in e-commerce, electronic payment, computer network, cloud computing, and big data technology etc. He is good at strategic planning and architecture design of enterprise technology platform, and has successfully led the initiatives of platform upgrade and digital transformation for his former companies.
