Dr. Davis is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Biosion, Inc. & President, Biosion, USA, Inc.  Dr. Davis brings to Biosion over 30 years of global Research & Development experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Dr. Davis joined Biosion from Frontage Laboratories, Inc., where he served as Chief Business Officer, leading the company to a very successful IPO in May of 2019. Prior to Frontage, Dr. Davis worked with Johnson & Johnson where he served as Vice President and Head of Biologics Development Sciences and China Biologics Leader in the Janssen Biotherapeutics division of Janssen R&D, LLC since 2001. During his tenure in J&J, Hugh and his team were instrumental in the development and approval of many biologic therapies including Remicade, Stelara, Simponi, Sylvant, Darzalex and Tremfya.  Prior to J&J, Hugh led the Pharmacodynamics & Exploratory Research Laboratory in the Clinical Pharmacology Unit at Glaxo SmithKline from 1996 to 2001.  Dr. Davis holds a Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry from Villanova University and completed his Post-Doctoral training at Centocor, Inc.

胡海迪博士 Dr. Eddy Wu 胡海迪博士是极目生物的创始人、首席执行官及董事。在创立极目生物之前，他曾担任拓臻生物中国区负责人，负责指导和管理研发活动及业务运营的各个方面。在此之前，他是艾尔建中国的执行医学总监，负责艾尔建在中国的整体临床研发、医学事务和产品管线战略。胡博士的职业生涯始于诺华，在诺华公司任职期间，他在巴塞尔、香港和台湾担任过各种职务，获得了第一手的全球经验。在诺华公司总部，他曾担任 AMAC（亚太、中东和非洲国家）、中国和日本的区域医学负责人和卫生经济学与成果研究（HEOR）负责人。胡博士毕业于香港科技大学，获得生物化学学士及博士学位。 Dr. Eddy Wu Dr. Eddy (Hoi Ti) Wu is the Founder, CEO and Board Director of Arctic Vision. Prior to founding Arctic Vision, Dr. Eddy Wu was Head of Terns China Biotechnology, responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of R&D activities as well as general management responsibilities in China. Before Terns, Eddy served as Executive Director at Allergan China managing overall R&D, clinical, medical and portfolio strategies in China.  Eddy started his career at Novartis, with stints in Basel, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, holding various positions with increasing responsibilities. At the Novartis Headquarters in Basel, he served as Regional Medical Director and Head of Health Economics & Outcome Research (HEOR) for AMAC (Asia-Pacific, Middle East and African Countries), China & Japan. 唐艳旻女士是启明创投投资合伙人，专注于医疗健康领域的投资。加入启明创投前，唐艳旻女士在晨兴创投工作13年(2002-2015)，担任晨兴北京办公室负责人。在此期间，独立投资并在董事会层面管理超过20家早期生物医药公司。其中大部分均已通过上市或并购途径成功退出，回报丰厚。加入晨兴之前，唐艳旻女士在葛兰素史克工作七年，其中有五年时间负责新药注册工作，两年时间任职产品经理。唐艳旻女士在中国科学院获得硕士学位，在沈阳药科大学获得学士学位，并在长江商学院完成高级工商管理课程的学习，获得硕士学位。 Ms. Amy Tang is a Venture Partner at Qiming Venture Partners. Amy previously worked in Morningside Ventures for 13 years (2002~2015). in charge of its Beijing office. Amy invested and managed dozens of early stage biotech portfolios during this period. Up till now, most of the investments have exited via IPOs or M&A with multiple returns.Prior to joining Morningside, Amy worked in GSK as a regulatory manager for five years and product manager for two years.Amy earned her master's degree in Chinese Academy of Sciences and a bachelor's degree from Shen Yang Pharmaceutical University. 张志民博士拥有20多年在跨国大药企和初创公司的战略、管理、运营、商务拓展以及风险投资的丰富经验。张博士是苏州康璟生物科技的创始人、董事长和CEO，曾任礼来亚洲基金的风险合伙人；美国强生创新商务合作全球副总裁，负责强生三个事业部 (医药、医疗器械及消费品部) 在亚太地区的商务拓展和合作及策略；默沙东大中华区早期投资董事总经理，曾任百济神州董事和千骥资本指导委员会成员。张博士曾任美国协能基因控股集团资深副总裁。协能基因乃是美国生物技术先驱和奠基人之一的美国科学院院士Bill Rutter博士创建并领导的投资控股公司和生物技术孵化加速器。张博士曾是麦肯锡咨询顾问，美国美富律师事务所 (Morrison & Foerster)注册专利代理人，当时全美第二大生物技术公司Chiron公司 (现为诺华制药) 的项目经理。张博士是百华协会前任董事会主席，沈阳药科大学亦弘商学院硕士生导师。在德克萨斯州大学达拉斯西南医学中心获生物医学博士学位，其间他从师三位诺贝尔奖获得者。在麻省理工学院攻读MBA期间，张博士当选为全校研究生总会的财务长。  Dr. Jimmy Zhang has 20+ years of experience and expertise in both large pharmas and start-up companies, in strategy, management, business development, and operations, as well as in venture investments.  Jimmy is founder, chairman and CEO of AccuGen Group, focusing on gene and cell therapy.  He was a Venture Partner at Lilly Asia Ventures (LAV), and Vice President of Transactions at Johnson & Johnson, where he led the transactional and partnership management activities and strategy in Asia Pacific region in pharmaceuticals, medical devices & diagnostics and consumer products, as well as fund relationship and partnership.  Jimmy was the Managing Director, MSD Early Investments – Greater China at Merck & Co., and a member of Merck Research Lab (China) Senior Leadership Team.  He was also a Board Director of BeiGene (Beijing) Co, Ltd. and an Advisor Board member of Cenova Ventures.  Jimmy was previously SVP at Synergenics (an accelerator founded and led by Dr. Bill Rutter, one of the founding fathers and pioneers of the biotech industry), a consultant at McKinsey & Company, a registered patent agent in the Palo Alto office of Morrison & Foerster, and a project manager at Chiron Corporation (now part of Novartis).
