王冠骅有20年以上的工艺开发和生产经验。他曾任职于美国的新药研发公司（KOSAN,基因泰克，和安进）以及国内CDMO公司（药明生物和苏桥）。他有丰富的一线生产、工艺研发和商业开发的经验。最近几年，他参与了多项GMP生物工厂的设计、建造和运营。

他目前在科望医药，一家致力于下一代肿瘤免疫治疗的创新公司，担任技术运营副总裁。，在此他能够充分发挥自己的专长，为患者带来救命药物。

王冠骅2000年毕业于英属不列颠哥伦比亚大学化工专业，2010年获得南加州大学工商管理硕士学位。

Peter has over 20 years of Process Development and Manufacturing experience in the US and China with innovator companies (KOSAN, Genentech, and Amgen), as well as CDMOs (WuXi Biologics and CMAB). He has strong hands-on experience in manufacturing, process development, and business development.  Most recently, he supported the design, build, and operation of multiple GMP manufacturing facilities .

His current role as the VP of Technical Operations at Elpiscience Biopharma, a company focusing on the next generation of cancer immunotherapy, allows him to fully utilize his expertise to bring lifesaving drugs to patients.

Peter graduated from University of British Columbia, with the bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering in 2000 and obtained his M.B.A. from University of Southern California in 2010.
